Common questions

Is benji giving me financial advice?
No. benji is education. It helps you understand your own numbers and how personal finance works. It never tells you to buy a specific product, and it never moves your money. Decisions are yours.
Does benji connect to my bank?
No. You type your numbers in yourself. There are no bank logins, ever.
Is my data safe?
Your data is encrypted, isolated to your account, and never sold. Details in the privacy policy.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete account. Or follow the data deletion steps. Deletion is permanent.
How do I manage my subscription?
benji is currently free. If you ever subscribe on iOS, billing is handled by Apple — manage or cancel on your device: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Something looks wrong with my numbers.
Check the inputs on the Your Money screen first; benji recomputes from what's entered. Still off? Email us a screenshot and we'll dig in.
